Shipping:

We offer free express shipping on all In Stock orders over $150 AUD across Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post, Express Post, International Express Post (EMS) or courier and orders are fulfilled within 24- 48 hours of purchase.


Please note:
* Express post is available for our In Stock items only; our On Demand items are sent via standard shipping/courier and express post is not available for these items. Please check each listing for delivery options.
* PO Box Addresses are available for In Stock items only -  For any On Demand/Custom orders, as we use couriers, we can ship to street addresses only and not to PO Box addresses.
* As we often use courier, a phone number is required when entering your address; this is for shipping purposes so that you can be contacted if there is an issue with your delivery address.

Orders under $150:

Orders under $150:

Delivery Times for On Demand' Items: We are now offering 'on demand' ordering for a wide range of items in store; these items will be custom ordered and shipped to you straight from our production warehouse. These items do take a little longer to produce and deliver; please see timeframes below::

Australian orders: 8 - 14 business days
International orders (New Zealand only): up to 28 business days

All items in store are clearly marked with their corresponding delivery times, as either 'In Stock' or 'On Demand' items, so that you can plan for your upcoming events.
