Returns Policy

Returns Policy: 

We hope that you will enjoy your purchase from Mulholland Drive! We understand, however, that sometimes your new item may not be the perfect match for you - no problem! If this is the case,  you can simply return your item to us for a credit to use in store within the next 12 months, if it is returned within 21 days of receipt. Please note, all returned items must be in their original, unworn, not damaged condition (including all perfume odours or deodorant marks) in their original packaging.

Please note that due to the high volume of orders, we can no longer hold items for exchange; if you would like to exchange your item for another size, please initiate a return for your item or email us to let us know. Once received, we will issue a credit code for you to use to purchase your replacement size (please note that in order to speed up this process for you, we can issue your credit code while your item is in transit back to us if you provide us with your tracking number as soon as you can:-) Alternatively, you can purchase your new size online and we will refund your returned item as soon as it comes in:-)


1. Email us at describing your item to be returned. 
Please include your tracking number issued to you by Australia Post or other courier when sending your item back (we will need this to track your parcel online and as proof of delivery, so that we can process your return promptly).

2. Post your item back to us at:

Please include your name and/or order no inside the package either using the returns form provided or a print out of your order confirmation email.   

3. Once we receive and check your item is in accord with our returns policy, we will issue your store credit to use any time within the next 12 months. 


Excluded Items:
Clearance items from the final sizes sale rack are not eligible for return or exchange. Also, please note for reasons of hygiene, items such as bodysuits, earrings and some accessories cannot be returned.

Faulty Items:
We have strict quality control at Mulholland Drive. If, however, you have received your item and it is faulty, please send the details and a photograph of the item to us at  Please report all faulty items within 14 days of delivery.

Lost Packages: 
Unfortunately, Mulholland Drive cannot accept responsibility for lost packages in the mail when sending or receiving items. Please keep a copy of your tracking number when returning your item and contact Australia Post or your preferred carrier to trace the missing parcel. If you believe your parcel has been lost in the mail, you will be able to submit a claim for compensation through Australia Post.
