Returns Policy

Returns Policy:

Please note there have been delays with Australia Post at present and pick ups - please email us your tracking number and your request for a credit or exchange item so that we can speed up the process for you:-)

We hope that you will enjoy your purchase from Mulholland Drive. If, however, your item is the incorrect size for you or if you are not completely in love with it, you can return it to us for an exchange or a store credit (with no expiry date so you can choose something suitable at your leisure) if it is returned within 21 days of receipt.  All returned items must be in their original, unworn, undamaged (including deodorant marks and perfume odours) condition with all tags attached. 

How To Lodge A Return:

EXCHANGE: 
1. If your item is in line with our Returns Policy (above), simply post your garment(s) back to us at Mulholland Drive PO Box 576 Miami, Queensland, Australia 4221. Please include your name and order no either inside the package (by printing out your confirmation email if possible or including the returns form) or on the envelope for ease of reference.  
 
2. Please e-mail a copy of your tracking number issued to you when you send back your package to us (we will need this to track your parcel and we can also speed up your return). Please also include your request for your new item in your email so that we can put this aside for you. 

3. Once we receive and check your item is in accord with our returns policy, we will post out your new size/style:-) 

STORE CREDIT:
1. If your item is in line with our Returns Policy (above), simply post your garment(s) back to us at Mulholland Drive PO Box 576 Miami, Queensland, Australia 4221 Please include your name and order no either inside the package (by either printing out your confirmation email or including the returns card) or on the envelope for ease of reference.  

2. Please e-mail a copy of your tracking number issued to you when you send back your package to us (we will need this to track your parcel and we can also speed up your return). Please also include your request for store credit in the email also to help speed up your return.

3. Once we receive and check your item is in accord with our returns policy, we will issue your store credit to you via email. Please allow 24-48 hours after receipt of your item to our warehouse for your store credit to be emailed through to you. There is no expiry on the credit code. 

Excluded Items:
Please note for reasons of hygiene, earrings and some accessories cannot be returned.

Faulty Items:
We have strict quality control at Mulholland Drive. If, however, you have received your item and it is faulty, please send the details and a photograph of the item to us at info@mulhollanddrive.com.au.  Please report all faulty items within 14 days of delivery.

Lost Packages: 
Unfortunately, Mulholland Drive cannot accept responsibility for lost packages in the mail when returning your item to us or when sending your item to you. Please keep your tracking number for your records when returning your package to us and contact Australia Post or your preferred carrier to trace the missing parcel. When receiving your item, if your parcel is showing as 'delivered' but you believe it has been lost in the mail, you will be able to submit a claim through Australia Post for compensation.
